I wonder how Black Oak and Cool fared.
As a home brewer, nothing ever goes down the drain. Maybe the higher temps will have done something interesting. In an era where spoiled/sour/lambic/rotten/whatever beers are the latest trend, they may have a hit on their hands and can sell it as a one-off.

I guess it is a trade of right. I mean it is still fermenting right? So if it is probably bad and they leave it in the fermentor/move it to the conditioning tanks, bottle it they are spending a bunch of labour and take up tank space on something that they might not be able to sell.Tapsucker wrote:I wonder how Black Oak and Cool fared.
