For those of you not familiar with David Ort, he's known either as the guy to crack the Burger's Priest secret menu and/or one of Ontario's craft beer journalists. You've probably read a whole bunch of his articles.
David's also a killer chef and makes incredible pickles. So it's great that he has put out a cookbook that involves craft beer recipes and that pairs well with beer.
I know David, the food stylist (Rossy Earle, the Toronto chef behind the tastiest hot sauce you'll ever have, Diablo Fuego) and the food photographer (Robin Sharp, who happens to be my wife). I also tasted some of the food they made for this cookbook. The onion rings are absolutely incredible.
