Only four courses? I was hoping for a repeat of last years 10 course train wreck :D

Not sure if anyone made it out to this (saw a couple of familiar faces) but it was a really good night.

Each course was paired with 2 stouts along with one as a starter, for 9 in total. Standouts included "Quiet Time" and "Icebreaker", both bourbon barrel aged stouts by Indie. A nice balance between big stouts (10%+) and milder ones (5%).

Great food too, and IMO just the right amount. Beer dinners that fill you up to the brim I really don't like, so this being three courses + a small starter & dessert was perfect.

Didn't make it to the kitchen collab which I heard was quite good, but this is another example of Indie really stepping up the food side of things to match their always-quality beer.
