Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Not to mention Kafkaesque, I'm picturing 'The Trial.'
But didn't F&M know in advance? I mean the 4% labeling regs, not the byzantine ways of the Board.
No, we didn't know. Been selling that beer as Light for years. They don't have a problem with that until it's on their shelves. But as I said, our 6 pack has been in the system for 8+ months with no issue. Basically they didn't catch their error back then, we never knew this was an issue, and now that they've caught it they've delayed our time-sensitive listing now.
My greatest concern is why Matt spells light with a capital "L". Far too much respect for light beers I think. And this comes from a guy who makes a 3.5% beer. Matt is a young fella which profiles him with all the young "I Need Strong Beer" geeks (including Belgian _ nyuk, nyuk, nyuk). The latest trend to "session" beers in the states is the natural evolution from the over reaction to the natural guilt to having created coors light. (notice: no caps)
Well, when I capitalize it Light I'm speaking of the brand; when speaking of the style I use lowercase. I'm using this new method they've taught us young fella's at school called "Grammar". If I had known the old timers like yourself were going to have trouble with it, I would have tried to communicate in a fashion you would understand:

SAINT ANDRE VIENNA LAGER
LCBO 903898 | 6x341 mL bottle
Price: $ 11.45
Pretty sure that this is the same beer that has been in stores for more than 5 years. Back then it was brewed by a company in Guelph, now it says Cool, so maybe it is somewhat new.

Yah, I don't know if it can be called "new" technically, it's been at the Beer Store for a long time (and always on tap at C'est What?). Pretty sure it's a Doug Pengelly beer (aka the brewmaster at Junction Craft). I'm also pretty sure it's still contracted out of Cool, but perhaps the folks at Junction Craft are working on other brewing arrangements for the beer. All speculation, mind you.

It was brewed by F&M many, many moons ago.
I'm pretty sure Cool has been brewing it since their Brampton days

LOL. And condolences Matt. You F&M guys dealing with the 'Bo must have a robust sense of humor (or am I allowed to say 'robust' if it's under 6.4% strength?)
