Also, I don't think the expansion of Broue ha ha will happen for another year. He's locked into his lease there until Feb 2015 I believe.
Where Bieres du Monde is willing to take the risk and open up a bunch of locations at once, my thought is it will pay off and he will steal the customers that Broue ha ha would have had if they had taken the risk and opened a 2nd location or sublet their current and opened a bigger location.
He's conservative which is fine but by the time that he wants to expand, the bulk of the customer base may have already found a home at Bieres du Monde.
