I had from a fresh un-settled keg at Blue Monk, it was really a mess for the 8 or 9 bucks/goblet. You don't want this served looking like a yeasty hoppy smoothie, ecchh... Usage = a lot of the English language is distortions like that, right? Try ordering "Saahn Ahm-BWAHSE" stout at TBS and see what I mean - they might correct you and say 'oh you mean Saint AMbrose..." (which it doesn't even say on the box.) Both names are technically correct.

Saison Dupont has arrived and is in LCBO warehouses in Whitby, London and Ottawa. If you do not see it at your local LCBO ask them to bring it in. This world class beer is offered at a terrific price point so most store managers should be keen to bring it in.
