Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). New craft brewery
In today's Toronto Star, there was a special beer section(Beers of Summer) and the one article that I found extremely intresting was the one about a new craft brewery opening on the Gooderham & Worts site. The Mill Street brewery is due to open in late August and will brew four beers, which will include a organic lager(hope it is a Czech style Pilsener brewed with Saaz hops) and a coffee porter. Can't wait for it to open!!!

Hey there!
Glad to hear you're excited about our opening. We are too!! It's been a lot of hard work thus far, but of course it's a labour of love.
The brewery itself is shaping up nicely. Amazing what a little sandblasting reveals! Working in such an historic place has been really inspiring. Our building has to be at least 170 years old! That's a lot of rye!!!!
Hopefully, we'll be ready for business by late August. We're looking forward to meeting lots of beer enthusiasts when our doors finally open.
Cheers,
Steve
