I've had that longslice beer and seen it on tap...even at some of the top beer bars we love. It was was average wit ha kid of rough finish. Not terrible but not something I'll seek out again.
Don't forget Lansdowne brewery on that "new" brewery list too!

Long-delayed post, since I only stumbled on this by accident and noticed my handle being referenced. I met one of the Longslice founders - John Peat - at the Woodbine Beach BBQ fest a few weeks ago. Super nice guy to talk to and great beer too. I enjoyed some of their flagship Hopsta la Vista.
As for my plans (since you made mention of them), I've been pushing things along since February, and haven't looked back since. Starting a brewery - even a contract operation - takes an ridiculous amount of time. Wheels are turning and I'll be up and running soon. More to come once I have a few more ducks lined up.
Cheers!
Mike

I haven't tried any of their beers, and I'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish with this, but it's more likely to keep me away from it then try it.
