Jacobins, Tank 7 and Sorachi Ace? Sounds pretty great given it's summer release.

The brewer is wild beer co., and the ninkasi is the beer name

Sounds interesting:

Bubbles + Apples + Wild Yeast. Named after the ancient Greek goddess of beer, this is an equally divine Belgian-style saison with a copious amount of New Zealand hops, freshly harvested Somerset apple juice and wild yeast added to the mix. However, we like to take things just that bit further (it’s the Wild way!) — once bottled the beer undergoes a secondary fermentation with champagne yeast, giving it a brisk spritziness on the tongue. Had a few things from Wild Beer - always decent and above average. Looking forward to this.

Had a few things from Wild Beer - always decent and above average. Looking forward to this.

Bottles of this were available in Buffalo. While I don't dig apple anything in beer because it reminds me of off flavour acetaldehyde, it's a decent beer. There's a touch of young fruity Brett character, rather than any distinctive funk, but it goes well with the apple. I thought the champaign yeast added a distinctive flavour as well, but not being a champaign drinker, I can't say for sure.
