Bottle Shops near Montreal

Post by TheSevenDuffs »

I am looking for a bottle shop or two that are located not too far off the beaten path between Toronto and Montreal to stop at on the way home from a trip to Montreal. Location is more important than selection, but if we are talking about an extra 10 minutes of driving off the highway, selection wins :)

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Shouldn't this be in the Local Beer Guides forum?

This one's in Montreal itself but hit up Depanneur AS for a great selection.

Great place on the western outskirt of Montreal. Easy to stop off at on the way home. A little pricey, but excellent selection.

Before stopping there, you should also visit this place nearby to fuel up.

Actually in Montreal, but not far from the Autoroute Ville-Marie, if you are taking that route is the Atwater Market. There is a great fromagerie in there with an excellent beer selection and reasonable prices.
