The style of the Beat the Heat is debatable. Black Oak's website says its a Belgian Wit: http://www.blackoakbeer.com/index.php/o ... -seasoned/. GregClow's ratebeer reviews debates the style also (ratebeer has it classed as a saison) http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/black-oak- ... at/419339/
Yes. It will be at the LCBO at some point this summer. Can't say for sure when.spinrsx wrote:any word if the the lcbo is getting the new Game of Thrones beer? (we've gotten all the others)

Black Oak Beat The Heat is not a saison, neither was Black Oak's Summer Saisonadmviolin wrote:Sawdust city also has one, and Black Oak's Saison is now re-branded as Beat the Heat. That's four so far, when last year we had none.Belgian wrote:Truly the year for saison in a can or two.PeenSteen wrote: The Collingwood saison is in a can, that's 2 by my count. What a time....!

I've had the gose recently at the albino rhino beer fest. It was a nice easy drinking beer. My wife and I both enjoyed it.
You know what I have in my cellar? Dust, I have dust in my cellar.
I'm seeing BrewDog Punk IPA showing up again, does anyone know if this is a new batch or redistribution of leftover/old stock?

The LCBO tweeted that it will be in stores "soon", so probably sometime before Christmas.biegaman wrote:Yes. It will be at the LCBO at some point this summer. Can't say for sure when.spinrsx wrote:any word if the the lcbo is getting the new Game of Thrones beer? (we've gotten all the others)

Is this the fall release? A couple of the beers listed seem a bit off season for summer. Although, I'll jump at the chance to try a new Belgian quad no matter what the temperature outside may be!PeenSteen wrote:- Amager/18th Street Lawrence Of Arabica
