Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). What was the Amsterdam one that had the same issue in the summer? One of their radlers I think?
Seems like a pretty novice mistake to me....but maybe it could happen to any brewer?

I bought a couple cans from the brewery a while ago and both went straight down the drain. At least none blew up on me!
