Just saw this. Brilliant! I always pour (over-pour) my beer like that, at least at home, though it drives certain friends batty. I'll be firing this link around.

Chiming in to say I've adopted this practice because beer bloat does nothing for me in any way. I kind of like the results.

I will also tell my friends who complain of 'beer stomach' pain to try this and see. I doubt it's the beer itself.
