I think I've heard of these guys before, but haven't had anything from them and they are far from being on my radar.
But they have my attention with this. I love it.

Funny, I was just looking into this brewery like 10 seconds ago. They're pretty new, but I hear it's a nice spot with solid beer...plus tacos. Count me in!
That location has had an interesting history, Lansdowne Brewing (which I'm not sure it ever actually started brewing before it closed), and I think there was something else in there before Steadfast. Hope they do ok in that space!

Lot 30 and Woodhouse were both previously in that location. I drop by Steadfast occasionally. Co-owner Graham Pinchin is sometimes behind the bar. He's a good guy. My favourite Steadfast beer is its 8.5% Champagne Birthday Tripel. It's not on tap at the moment.
I haven't been since it was Landsdown. The location was nice and beer good. It's just too outside my stomping grounds.
I have a friend who lives near there and works near me, so he has brought me some of their beers. They were good quality, but not my preference. I would categorize Steadfast as competent but not worth a special trip. Still, I definitely would go there if I was in the neighbourhood looking for a pint.
But isn't that what the whole local brewery idea is about anyway?

I go regularly on long weekend Mondays, as Mondays are their dog-friendly days and the kitchen closed. Lots of decent to-style brews, and some unique experimental ones. I like their annual chili beer, especially the one 2 or 3 years ago that packed a real well rounded and spicy punch.

Echoing what Napalm Frog said, it's a nice space. They do fun events and usually have some interesting beers.
