Here's to one of those random surprinsing finds that happen once in a while.
I was thrilled to learn of the revival of this baby, and was even moreso when I spotted this bottle this morning at the Trappe a Fromage in Gatineau.
The thing is a wonderful hops jewel that serves up resins and bitterness that is uncommon in this part of the world. Sticky sweet and sticky hoppy. Great combination and seems to last forever in the palate.
Nice going mr. McAuslan! And happy 60th!
