What Beer Do You Have In Your Fridge?
Oh, how nice of you to ask. Just at Summerhill, restocking, and It's getting stagnate for new stuff. All the mix Belgians with the Gulden Draak and Piraat, Gone!. There are still a few vintages ales from Mac Auslin for grabs. No Sam Smiths Oatmeal, No Propeller.
So with all that yammer, here is the curent contents of my beer fridge:
4 Mac Auslin vintage ales ( A crowd fav)
3 Peculiar strong ales (First try and a thumbs up)
1 bottle of Quel que chose (For emergency only)
1 bottle of Terrible (Like Trois Pistoles started doing push ups on it's knuckles)
2 bottles of Niagra Icebock 2000 ( They are becoming a part of the family)
2 Smutty nose Robust Porters ( A new love interest)
1 Shakespear Stout/Wild Irish Stout (where is the Chocolate you bastards!)
1 Bruegal Amber Ale
1 Augustijn ( Remnants of the Gulden/Piraat mix, gone but not forgotten)
4 Camerons Auburn Ale ( It's been a love affair of four years)
1 Trafalgar celebration ale (yet to try)
1 Royal extra stout
Phew! Next post is what's in my recycle box and empty's pile!
So Bar Towelerino's, fess up. Opening the contents of one's beer fridge is like opening up ones soul.

I figured I'd jump all over this as well.
2 - Smuttynose
1- Duvel.
2 - Quel-que chose (For non-emergency use).
3 - Terrible.
1 -Camerons Auburn ale.
2 - 750ml 0f Trois Pistoles.
1 - McAuslan Vintage Ale.
That is pretty much it, not an extensive list like someothers. Now, that I have exposed what lies it my fridge I almost feel naked. I guess I should put my clothes back on now!

1 Boon Geuze (96-97) (Still. Talk about willpower!)
1 Liefman's Gluhkriek
1 Belle Vue Kriek
3 Mort Subite Gueuze
1 Sam Adams Triple Bock '95
1 case of Schneider Weisse (minus 2 bottles, burp!)
Sadly lacking at the moment, I'm afraid. But, currently awaiting cases of Rochefort 8 and Westmalle Tripel, and the chance to order Orval and Chimay Blue.
BTW, Kudos to Tar Bowel for the interesting thread!

Lindemans Geuze Lambic Beer, Cuvee Rene 1994 750ml
Scaldis Noel, 250ml
Chouffe-Bok, 750ml 6.5%
Schlenkerla Rauchbier (smoked beer) Marzen,
Rouge American Amber Ale, 650ml
Biere de Miel, Brasserie Dupont, 750ml 8%
Xingu Black Beer, Brasil 750ml
Young's Double Choclate Stout 500ml 5.2%
Lindemans Cassis Lambic Beer, 750ml
And added the following for a beer tasting
Aventinus Doppelbock and Mahr’s Weisse Bock to taste against Chouffe (Aventinus clearly won)
And a few others people brought. Jeff from Esprit joined in. You want that guy at your tastings i'll tell you. He knows almost everything about beer there is to know.

Hey Asim. Awesome list, I'm drooling. (Asim, Awesome, bet you never get that!)
Listen, both Sarahs and Castros are out of my area ( I visit more as the weather permits) and I know your bottle selection is one of the finest in the city. Just wondering what's on draft at the moment at both locations as maybe you can lure me out of my hibernation cave. Thanks!

Good topic. The content of my fridge varies considerably depending on my last excursion. At present i have laid in a supply of various beers from the Gold Crown Brewery in Waterloo. Not getting out there very often I stocked up on:
1. The Traditional Dark Ale (Once known as Friars) very dark and malty.
2. The Premium Lager (one of the best lagers I think available in Ontario)
3. Jesters Ale ( a red ale, not remarkable but much better than Rickard's)
4. Kings Lager (middle of the road)
Leftovers:
5. Magnotta IPA (the best IPA on the local market with lot's of hop, nothing compares since the demise of Dragon's Breath)
6. Maudite (please someone drink this stuff it's a little overpowering (alcoholwise) for my tastes)

Cman, I'll take you up on that Maudite you wimp. Welcome to the site, thanks for posting. Oh, better than Rickards you say? I happen to have an ashtray outside that is now filled with rainwater that would probably taste..............................You feel me right?
Jon, I'd hate to come to your house as the beer you have for your guests is pure ass compared to what's in that beer/bomb shelter of yours!
