It's out of whack. Most 12oz DDC beers can be had in Montreal/Hull for under $3 a bottle, sixers of their more established beers like CDD and PM are around $12-14 a six.kinguy wrote: While we were there, we stopped in at Beers of the World in Rochester and noticed they've just added some Dieu de Ciel brands at $5.95 per 12 oz bottle. I don't have a point of comparison, so I don't know if the price is out of whack or not, but it seemed a bit steep to me.

I don't always piss in a bottle but when I do...I prefer to call it Dos Equis.

Little Scrapper IPA from Half Pints, Winnipeg.
My wife brought this back from the 'Peg this past weekend. Not bad but I'm getting more malt than bitterness for an IPA. The bottle says 50 IBU but their not prominent.
The Stir Stick Stout was much more satisfying; no light breaking through, roasty, with slight coffee notes and a hint of chocolate.

I'm not supposed to drink - need the full immune system when sick. A bit of Perez Cruz Chilean Cab with dinner though. Kind of a rip-off for fifteen bucks, but in General List, buying any wine you hope to enjoy is a bit like playing the lottery.
I am getting very thirsty for some Hacker-Pschorr Edelhell and Weisse, now fresh at TBS (aka The Bottle Swap.) Six more days of Amoxicillin...
