Have you check ed these guys out? As far as home brewing goes, they have a nice selection I think, and I know from time to time they can get stuff for people in a pinch.

Ya, I've ordered from them before. They don't show them in their online inventory. Maybe I should give 'em a ring...

At the very least, calling them will let them put some feelers out for you. After all, it is who you know, now what you know!

I'm wondering if this is the "right" stuff to use as it looks a bit different than the chunkier stuff I've seen photos of.

I have some at the brewery if you are in Barrie (no charge). Are you "dry" peeling or adding it to your end of boil? You can probably use 2-4oz if you want a little more intensity.
