Bells The Oracle

Both remarkable brews, but The Oracle may be the best DIPA I've ever had. Mega piney and citrusy but with a surprising malt backbone. Super rare though, I'm going back over tomorrow to buy as much as they'll sell me as we may never see it again.

Corne du Diable IPA, lightly cooled has some nice grapefruit pith, lemon drop and pine forest flavors (moreso than drinking it cold). So amazing to have these.

I just finished two number 9's and they were great! This is a solid IPA...and made in Ontario to boot. Looking forward to keeping this stocked in the fridge. I think a third is calling my name.

Headstrong Pale Ale. One of the best-yet-still-ignored beers at the LCBO to me. Marked down to $2 a can, this is an amazing budget beer.

It's always tasted sour and off to me. Tap has given better results, but still rides up on the bland side.

Its pretty flavourful IMO. Give it a try again.

Blonde d'Achouffe from Brasseurs R.J. (my brother picked up a six-pack at Pop Montreal a couple weeks ago). This stuff was really solid. Good fruity and spicy flavours, lots of yeast. This is better than I expected from this brewery.
