I thought I would start a new topic for this:

Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout

Young's Double Chocolate Stout

O'Hara's Celtic Stout

Victory Storm King Imperial Stout

St. Peter's Old Style Porter

Burton Porter

Coming January 2004!

Nice. I am not bit on porters but those sound like an excellent opportunity to expand my horizons!

Wow Young's Double Chocolate back again! I thought Young's decided not to ship to Ontario any more. Peter (Esprit) or Paul (Rubayiat)do you know the reason for the complete turn around?
Cheers

You've got me...we had discussions with them and they were adamant that they were not coming back to Ontario...brewers are a strange lot.

Peter from this I assume you're not the agent for Young's. Do you know who is? I'd like to get some Young's Special London Ale through them.

Young's Double Chocolate, a roaring fire, and fine company. It almost makes an Ottawa winter bearable.

Sorry, don't know the agent...call the LCBO Infoline once the Chocolate is out and they can tell you who the agent is.

Cool... Four black beers I haven't tried yet, and I won't have to drive to Buffalo to get them! (even though the drive is inevitable at this time of year, seeing as I'll be going to Ellicottville NY a lot this winter. Gotta remember to finally visit their brewery while I'm down there. Anyways, I'm off topic now, so I'll shut up.)
