I agree, but it is hard to justify buying more when it is next to Liberty Ale that is slightly cheaper or the Yellow Snow IPA (which I'm drinking now) that is just a bit more expensive.

Heathens.
Tried this a while back and I was totally underwhelmed by the whole beer; found it very difficult to get any chocolate from the beer at all. The same happened with this beer a couple of years ago. Maybe I have had 2 bad bottles?
ive had chocolate indulgence 3 times and never been that impressed. the whole belgian stout thing just doesnt work for me i guess.
I agree with Matt...a nice beer, but it didn't really do it for me either time I tried it. There are a lot of others in that style I'd rather have.

Duggan's pils, porter, stout, Japanes lager and hefe. All were top notch.

Jealous! Never tried this one and would be surprised if I got the chance. I've heard some people heat it up and drink it like wassail. Great, now I want wassail.

Ola Dubh 12. I poured it straight from my cellar (12°C) into my Church Key chalice. I'd say the aroma is the best part. I'm glad I tried it, but I won't buy any more. And I feel less bad now about knowing I'm going to miss the 40.

That's what I did (and is the only way I've ever had Quelque Chose). You have to be careful when warming it up - make sure the cork is out first!

Having a Hoptical Illusion from the first batch run through the Hoppapotamus. Really nice tangerine character to it, but still mild in terms of bitterness. I already enjoyed Hoptical to begin with, but this new batch is even better.

They're switching to metallic foil labels. They look great, and you'll know it's this new batch when you start seeing the shiny labels on the shelves.

I can never find it when I'm in Montreal. The bottle I had was from Port Huron, MI.

Derek and I ordered a case of it, along with a case of Terrible a few years ago.
