Mmmm....my fault, you're right 'penultimate' is second to last isn't it? I think modern culture takes it as 'the ultimate'

Border, this superiority complex you have probably cheers you up while you're pumping gas during the day. More to the point, just because I happen to like a different beer than some out here and don't hold my pinkie out when I drink the latest avant guarde sludge that you all blow just because it has a fancy name doesn't mean I can't appreciate what tastes good to me and what doesn't. As a general rule, I don't like Molson, but I happen to like Rickards Red.....so sorry to offend you, sire.

Yes yes yes, it does while away the hours between customers.

Apology accepted. That is very gracious of you.

Oh, and I see that you have figured out how to use private messaging. I am frankly astonished.

here's some interesting info.

Romano seems to be quite the beer expert. here's something he posted in the "cool beer hemp" thread...

"You never answered my Leffe question. Is Coors Light all you drink? Or is that too strong of an import for you? Leave the critques to the big boys, bud."

does this seem funny to anyone?

Never said I was an expert. I don't have the supposed pedigree of a borderline alcoholic or a guy whose name sounds like some kind of an ode to flatulence. I really started this thread to discuss Rickards Red...good and bad views welcome...but the level of venom towards it from some of you makes me wonder if it has to do with investing your life savings in some Micro stock somewhere.

That is true, but if you try really hard and keep working at it, maybe you too might just attain that level one day. Now there is something for you to aspire to.

Just look, already after a couple of failed attempts in your other thread, you have finally managed to spell 'alcoholic' correctly. Your abilities are very slowly improving. (Hint: You could have just copied and pasted it.)

I wish you luck in your future endeavours.
