I've bought some whole leaf hops from Bob Latimer in Mississauga (he's the beerandwinefilter.com guy) and I don't know if he's associated with the store but he had casually mentioned it to me as a place where I could pick up the hops, I've never been there though. He has some good prices on bulk hops if you are interested, I got a pound of whole leaf cascade for around $8 and a pound of amarillo for around $12 back in April, they gave me a summer of IPA's and I still have more left. I do find it frustrating too how there is so little info online about what many of these places carry, I think Canadian Homebrew Supplies is one of the few that actually goes into detail about what product they carry. It makes it difficult to get all of one's ducks in a row to fulfill an ingredients list.
