I'll be harvesting whatever Cents and Kent Goldings I have at the farm on the weekend. I plan on freezing them wet, and then using them for my next Pale ale

I'll be harvesting tomorrow. 3 Willamette, 3 Nugget and 6 Cascade. I'm hoping for a cloudy day.
