I would like to say that I had a great time on this trip and I would like to point out that I did not have anything that I went through. The only shit I went through was a bunch of good beer and a smelly bus.

Other than the incredibly long wait at the border on the way back, I had a great time! I think if people go shopping in Buffalo (or wherever those guys went), they should take a car - it would be much faster.
Other than that, the Stone Lucky Bastard Ale was excellent along with the food at the Blue Monk. Tap selection at Coles was excellent as usual, and will definitely go back to both places.
Thanks Cass!

Whew, that was some kind of day!
First, thanks to everyone who participated to make the trip a reality. It was pretty cool bringing a whole bunch of folks for a pubcrawl in another city. Watch out for some coverage in the local media (hopefully!)
As well, lots of thanks to the gang at the Blue Monk - it was great to meet them and they were very friendly and accommodating in the face of such an invasion! I was texting with Mike Shatzel throughout the day and he was truly disappointed to have not been able to make it back to Buffalo in time to join us.
But man, that border! The waits were excruciating and having 50 impatient, tired and boozy folks together on a bus made for some painful comedy. Drinking bus trips are meant to be within our own borders, methinks. Getting to Buffalo and back is really a car thing!

Thank you and congratulations to Cass for his incredible planning and flawless execution of a memorable event.
Also, a very special thank you to Leo, who overcame difficult circumstances to pilot that vomit comet through the darkness, ultimately delivering us back to safe harbour.

Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
