My own pumpkin stout, 1/3rd each Col. By Imperial Stout, Belhaven Stout, and Grand River's Pumpkin Ale. Plus a dash Schlenkerla Rauchbier for some 19th century brown malt (smoked) character. A lightly smoky, mocha-like beer with good steely hop and Xmas spices. I could see this great too warmed with brown sugar.
