Cheque is on the way here too - would be happy to pick this up from you when you're in Toronto, or at Church Key directly, if it saves on costs on your end.
Cheers

3 of us are chipping in, I presume we make all our cheques to Scotch-Irish and include it in the one order

Well, everyone else is doing it, so I might as well chime in and say that my cheque is on the way as well.

Will this beer be available at any pub in Toronto?
Might be fun to assemble a few bartowelers to essay the beer and have a group discussion.

Gary,
I have reserved a very small portion of the stout for the licensed trade. I hope to convince Volo and Smokeless to stock a case. Stephen Beaumont has indicated that he is interested for beerbistro as well. That would probably be the end of it though.
For those who are interested in what style I've chosen to emulate, well let's just say Courage Imperial Russian Stout and be done with it. It will be 9% abv, with a hopping rate that would yield 80 IBU. Hops will be U.K. Challenger ( what we use in the Corporal) and will be added in two additions instead of the customary one. Hey, we have to keep our hop-head signiature. I know that the abv. and IBU's, (being 9.5% and 55 respectively) are different, but I am inspired by the original Courage product, not shackled to it. It will have lots of malt to balance of those hops, believe me.

Thanks, Perry. The beer sounds like it will be great.
