Hearing a rumour that Bim LaFontaine's opening a brewery at Gerrard and Coxwell. There's a 6000 sq ft space there that others had eyeballed.

I overheard someone from BT talking to Bim about this at Volo yesterday...perhaps they could elaborate on here.
I talked to him a bit but am sworn to secrecy.

This Toronto Star article from December 17 of last year reported that Sweetgrass was moving in to that building on the west side of Coxwell just behind the stores on the south side of Gerrard but nothing's been done with it and I saw a For Rent sign on it on Sunday. So has Sweetgrass bailed out?

that's part of what i've heard. SG couldn't come to terms with the property owners
