Long, thirsty, walk home

Post by Lubaka »

Hi there.

With the TTC strike looming next week, I'm facing a long, potentially thirsty, walk home. Does anybody know of ANY pubs (I'm not really expecting very good ones) Bloor St-ish, west of Bathurst, east of High Park?

I start off near Yonge & Dundas and need to get to Windermere & Bloor.

(One could try getting into a carpool, but this seems like more fun.)

Thanks!

Welcome to the site Lubaka.

If you walk along Dundas, you might want to try the Communist's Daughter and/or the Press Club which are around Ossington.

Cass, what's the story behind the name Communist's Daughter? Kind of an intriguing name.
