Search for Holy Ale. It'll come up with that.

I believe it's also one of the 2-for-$30 DVDs currently available at HMV, along with The Meaning Of Life.

Yeah, I got the same set (collector's edition) but for Region 2 (I have a multi-region DVD player) for $11US. A great buy for Python fans. There are some really interesting extras.

Greg, youdaman! They're now on my non-ethnicity-specific Holiday wish list.

Also, guys... DVD players are often easy to set 'Multi-Region" with hacks available on-line...
DVD Players can block the wrong region DVD's, however very few DVD titles demand a specific region player setting (1,2,3...), so if you set the player "0" for 'no region' you then can play almost any DVD!

The whole region-locking scheme is almost a fraud, and unnecessary - they just do it to control specific market prices. If you buy it, you should be able to play it at home.

Yes. My player is region free because of a hack on videohelp.com. One other thing to mention, though, is that it also needs to be able to convert between PAL and NTSC if you're buying Region 2 DVD's. Most players will do this, but I do have one that doesn't, so check first.

On the subject of market prices, so true Belgian. I bought an official Warner release of Carnivale from South korea (region 3) for $23US. You're lucky if you can get it for under $90 Can.

Sorry to perpetuate this off-topic business.

Just to absolve you other non-topic posters I'll bump this yet again (I have broad shoulders) - I highly recommend the Philips 642 DVD Player (available for under $100 at Bestbuy, Wal-Mart), it will play NTSC and PAL, and most importantly, it will play DIVX and XVID videos, meaning most content, ahem, you download off the Internet, burned onto either CDR or DVDR... If want more info on this device Google it...

Anyone read today's Star review of Holy Grail? Even though I'm a competitive agent, I can't recall the last time I saw someone devote column space to slamming a beer. Last week Jon Filson gave us a glowing review for Rogue Chocolate Stout but he sure isn't impressed with the Python. I've tried it and it was inoffensive if not memorable.

I read it and liked it (the review, not the beer, it is mediocre at best IMHO). Nice to see a weekly beer review in a mainstream paper (I just wish I could get my hands on the Rogue Chocolate more often).

I'd like to see someone slam a Molbatt's beer in a publication that size and get away with it. Probably not too many Holy Grail ads in papers like the Star.

To be fair, his slamming was done in a humorous way, i.e. like a pissed of Flying Circus fan who had his hopes raised by the Monty Python name.
