Middle Ages Grail Ale vs. Wellington Iron Duke

Post by Ale's What Cures Ya »

Does anyone else find these two brews to be very close in flavour? Especially when comparing Iron Duke on tap to Grail Ale?

That hadn't occured to me. I thought the Grail Ale to be lighter than the Iron Duke. Iron Duke just screams MALT! to me.

I agree that the Grail Ale does have a ligher flavour profile than Iron Duke, but the flavours that are there I find to be very similar.

Iron Duke just has more of them.
