Anyone got a pack of saison yeast handy? I am pondering some brewing ideas for the weekend. What are my best options to order some?

see the other supply thread. the new joint in london listed a wyeast saison yeast. other option is a trip to buffalo.
one thing to note with saisons: they like it warm. and by warm, i mean hotter than you'd ever normally be comfortable fermenting - 80-90F is perfectly fine. the saisons that we made last summer were all fermented in my garage in late july/early august, and they turned out great. some of the yeast will actually be really bitchy if you try to ferment it at normal ale temperatures, being really slow to attenuate. i've heard of people putting the fermenter on top of their water heater/furnace during fermentation.
