Has anyone done a gluten free brew? My girlfriend is giving gluten free living a try and it seems to be helping. Her weakness right now is the 5 gallon keg of porter I brewed for her. I've been looking into some simple recipes to start with using sorghum syrup, but was hoping to find a local supply as it isn't cheap to buy online and get shipped. Any ideas or suggestions? Right now I'm looking at about $45 to brew 5 gallons compared to approx $20 for all grain.
