Special Occasion Permits + other licenses

Hey y'all

I'd like to talk to someone about the licensing needed for festival-type events. I have, of course, already spoken to the LCBO and AGCO.

The LCBO told me very little other than to call the AGCO. The AGCO told me they aren't sure what permit to suggest and that they will get back to me "eventually". I tried the usual call center trick where you just call back and hopefully get connected with someone else but the second I say 'permit' i just get connected back the the same nice but very busy and backlogged lady.

If you know your permits and/or have event planning experience please send me an email aaron at aaronbrown dot ca because I have some questions for you!

contact someone who currently runs the type of event you are talking baout and ask them what type of permit you need

then go to your local LCBO store and ask them for the paperwork
