Thought this deserved its own thread. Woohoo! I can drink my last one from 2011 without fear that there won't be more.

Anyone have experience with cellaring Peche. Does it improve? Stay pretty much the same?sprague11 wrote:I was getting a little low in my cellar. I think this winter will bean especially cold one, and I'm looking forward to having this infront of the fireplace after the wife and kid go to sleep

Coffee flavour generally fades over time so theoretically that's what will happen as you age Peche. I have had a 2 year old bottle that was still very coffee-forward although still less than a fresh bottle. I would be interested to hear from people who have aged Peche for longer.JeffPorter wrote:Anyone have experience with cellaring Peche. Does it improve? I just scored 2 bottles of 2007 (original public bottling). I'll let you know when I open 'em!JeffPorter wrote:Anyone have experience with cellaring Peche. Does it improve? How long have you been letting that joke percolate? I don't mean to press you, but you don't seem to have a filter on these.Belgian wrote:Typo, he means it will be an espresso-ly cold winter.ErkLR wrote:Was that an awful pun on coffee beans or a Freudian slip?sprague11 wrote:I think this winter will bean especially cold one...
