Now that I read it again I have some agreement about some over the top statements.
I don't think they are necessarily speaking to the knowledgeable beer fans, but merely using big marketing type statements akin to macro advertising.
Don't care. They're local. They're going to try and make a go of it.
I'll give them my money and if the beer doesn't stand up, I will give them no more.
