Beer Bulletins

Here's a quick summary of a few bits of beer news that have been reported recently:

• Hockley Valley Brewing will be releasing a limited edition Stout around St. Patrick's Day this year. No word yet on format or availability, but enquiries have been made to try and find out more info.
• Hamilton's most micro-friendly pub Augusta's Winking Judge is up for sale.
• This past Friday, three Ontario beer writers participated in a new monthly beer-blogging event called The Session. The theme for the inaugural event was stouts, and Ontario contributors included Stephen Beaumont on O'Hara's Irish Stout and Jacobsen Coffee Mint Stout, Alan McLeod on Avery Out Of Bounds, and Greg Clow on five different stouts.
