Unibroue/Sleeman Beer Dinner at Safari

Safari Bar & Grill (1749 Avenue Rd. north of Lawrence) are teaming up with Unibroue/Sleeman for a beer dinner on Wednesday, April 18th. The dinner will be hosted by Roger Mittag, and will feature the following food/beer pairings:

Pre-dinner beer:
John Sleeman Presents IPA

Appetizer:
Seafood Trio with jumbo shrimp, scallop and mussels in a beer broth, paired with Blanche de Chambly

Main:
14oz veal chop in a reduced beer demi-glaze, paired with Raftman

Dessert:
Baked Apple stuffed with Mascarpone with maple englais, paired with Maudite

Cost is $69 per person (plus applicable taxes and gratuity), and reservations can be made at 416.787.6584.
