Lyle:

Will you be stocking this beer? Or (fingers crossed) do you have any in stock now?

Cheers, Joe.

Joe,

Let me get back to you next week. I'm planning to speak to their distributor to discuss a bunch of holiday orders.

I should know about most of our upcoming holiday items shortly. Incidentally, we have received a bunch of new stuff in the past few weeks - I'll try to get a list up next week.

In my "non-beer" life, I just defended my PhD thesis about 3 weeks ago, and I take Step 1 of the U.S. medical licensing exam this weekend. i.e. this is why I've been a little out of touch and unresponsive regarding beer stuff.

I REALLY need a beer...

You have a "non-beer" life!?!?!?!?

Congradulations, Dr. Lyle. Best of luck with everything.

Does this mean we'll be losing you? Make sure successor knows about us.

Cheers, Joe.

PS If you do get the WorldWide Stout, I'll be making a day trip to visit the store and I'll even be willing to pay the duties and taxes to bring it back.

For all concerned, we are Dogfish Head's Canadian agent now and are exploring various options in regards to bringing some of their great beers to the Great White North.....boy are they expensive....I've got samples in my possession of a number of their brews including a couple of their I.P.A.'s with some great labels (old man driving a nail into his nostril with a hammer). We'll keep you posted on developments.

I brought back a bottle of their Raison D'etre from Buffalo. Very Tasty.

The IPA in question is 90 minute IPA. With an alcohol count of 9% and an IBU of about 1,000,000 (by my own accounts!) this one has a definite "headache factor". I just picked-up Midas Touch from Premier Gourmet and am looking forward to trying it. I look forward to being able to get these in Ontario, especially the 90 Minute IPA!
