Hello, Mr. Hobgoblin...
Would you happen to know if the $25 admission fee will include a taste of ALL of the beers listed, or will there be a seperate charge per taste?
This may seem like a strange question, but I've heard that a tasting of Utopia alone has cost up to $20 at other events. So $25 for a taste of Utopia, Millenium and all of the others seems like a real bargain. And if that is the case, I don't want to miss out.

Both of them were excellent. I'd equate them to a port or good quality bourbon. Millenium was smoother and more enjoyable, but I expect the Utopias will improve with age and become as good as or better than the Millenium. On 2003-01-30 10:31, A wrote:
How were the 2 mega-beers? (Millenium & Utopia)
The Triple Bock that we sampled was excellent as well. It was from the 1994 vintage, and according to folks like Oakes who had tried it before, it has vastly improved with age.
Combined with the three regular beers that we sampled, the complimentary food (clam chowder, flatbread with smoked salmon, sausages, and cheese) and the "party favours" (two Sam Adams sampling glasses and a pewter bottle opener), I'd say that it was well worth the $25 ticket price.
