You're right about biases, Greg, and that's exactly why I used the word "claiming."
At the end of the day each one of us has to make our own decision regarding organics and GM'd foods. You've obviously made your decision, and that vast majority of consumers of which you speak has made theirs. Time will tell if either is better.
