Propeller ESB

I had the Propeller ESB yesterday, at The Duke of Argyle, 86 John Street. A darn nice Bitter to be sure!

My brother-in-law in Halifax sent me a Propeller care package at Christmas including the Porter, ESB and Pale Ale, and they were all quite nice.

I'm glad to hear that the Argyle is expanding their Nova Scotia beer selection beyond Keith's.

Was the ESB their guest tap, Doug, or a new regular offering?

Yes, the Propeller ESB was the Guest Tap.

Thanks for the news Doug. Nice to see Propeller making a push into Ont. - let's hope they're successful.

Hopefully the Argyle will keep this one or some other pubs will pick it up.

I agree - I've often enjoyed Propeller ESB. Lorne Romano, who worked with me a few years ago and is now the brewer at the Rogues' Roost in Halifax occasionally brings some back for me and it is always good.
