Great Waters Brewing in St. Paul wasn't bad when I was there last year. I also heard very good things about the Happy Gnome but did not go.

I was able to get excellent Wyeast Ardennes (3522) there last year on short notice but I was told that was the only liquid yeast they have as otherwise they use dry. They had items like hydrometers and basic grains on hand but not much else for homebrewer...
