I can't say I'm 100% informed on this, but perhaps there are craft brewers not cashing this cheque and just building their business through hard work and quality? Sure there may be a few freeloaders using the OCB's effort without joining, but given the fiercely independent nature of some of these operators, plenty may be making their own way.Kel Varnsen wrote:I get that and it makes sense.
