I wonder if they'll get any press from PETA? (or perhaps they just don't care about roadkill)?Only 12 bottles have been made and each comes with its own certificate and is presented in a stuffed stoat or grey squirrel. The striking packaging was created by a very talented taxidermist and all the animals used were road kill. This release is a limited run of 11 bottles, 7 stoats and 4 grey squirrels.

I never realized the bottle was actually embedded inside a dead animal.

Looks like the folks at Advocates for Animals and Alcohol Focus Scotland, are not very happy with this beer.

It makes me smile (as does reading the BA thread about it). I don't care about world's strongest beer, but as someone with a marketing background I have to say these guys play the media like a fiddle. The genius of bottling in a dead rodent! Its awesome - really makes you step back and remember that beer is supposed to be fun and that sometimes we can all take it a little too seriously.
A stoat!
