Also, when they were talking about their home brewing background on some terribly-written blog that I refuse to name, they mentioned doing one of their competition entries (kolsch, barleywine, dunkelweisse, and Belgian strong dark ale) as a possible seasonal/rotator.
So things certainly "sound" good at this point, and I think with a market of 475,000 and a city that already supports several craft-friendly bars, events, and a micro beer festival, they'll be able to thrive with their flagships while experimenting at the same time.

So was I. I imagine it won't be too adventurous (you can't start out that way), but at least it's something that's not a pale ale or lager. Hopefully even some of the less craft-friendly bars will give the local guys a tap, just for being local.
