BREWPUBS

It is a shame, but Toronto is a city with virtually no brewpubs.

C'est What is a pub which offers a number of house brews, however they are in fact brewed by Durham in Pickering and fermented on C'est What's premises. The Granite Brewery is technically a microbrewery, but offers a "tied house" at their location which offers all of their beers on tap. The only "true" brewpub in the Greater Toronto Area is the Pepperwood Bistro, on the waterfront in Burlington. The Pepperwood offers five house beers and a monthly specialty beer, all brewed on premises. See below for some older articles and links about our current brewpubs and past brewpubs which have closed.
